What Matters

Same people. More capability.

If you’re not visible in AI answers, you don’t exist.

People now ask AI before they search. Being the answer it gives is the new shelf space.

AI won’t replace your team. A team that uses it well might.

The risk isn’t the technology. It’s standing still while competitors learn.

Change is a people project with a technology budget.

Tools are bought in a day. Habits take months, and that’s where the value is.

Start with the work. Then pick the tool.

A tool can be impressive and still be the wrong investment. Begin with where your week actually goes.

Clear rules make braver teams.

When people know what’s allowed and how work gets checked, they experiment more, and the brand stays safe.

Bring the skeptics. They ask the best questions.

Change goes better when the people who hesitate are part of it, not working around it.

Each of these ideas deserves more than two lines. I’m writing them up on the blog, one at a time, and they’ll appear here as they’re published.
